It may be too cold to swim but the water still beckons
I said, “NO! It’s too cold to even dip your toes in.”
They insisted, so I figured why not... within minutes they’ll figure it out for themselves.
So off they scurried, to dust off the beach bag, grab some towels, and squeeze their bodies into last season’s swimwear.
It didn't take long before they were swimming like guppies.
With slightly blue, shivering lips, I hear…
“Mom! The water feeeeeelz great!”
