Grocery Helper

I asked my little grocery helper to help put groceries away.

He didn't seem the least bit bothered by the chore.I couldn't help but laugh.

Children have a remarkable way of turning everyday moments into unforgettable memories.

A simple chore becomes an adventure.

A cardboard box becomes a masterpiece.

An ordinary afternoon becomes a story worth remembering.

Sometimes I think we spend too much time looking for extraordinary moments...

When all along, they've been hiding in the middle of the ordinary.

That's one of the reasons I treasure my camera so much.

Years from now, these photographs will remind me that the ordinary moments were, in fact, the extraordinary ones.

These are the moments that make you stop, smile, and remember just how beautiful everyday life really is.

The boys (Wes and Dawson) are off to scout camp.  Mr. B.T.C and Nathan just left on a hunting trip to Utah.  That leaves me and the girls home alone.  Get ready to shop until you drop girls! CALI TRIP

Craig Family Vacation Fall 2014 from Lorri Craig on Vimeo . The kids wanted to head to Cali over Fall Break. I had a few other ideas in mind, but the boys had their hearts set on taking their dirt bikes along and trying out some of the tracks in Southern California.  It turned out to be a good idea because they seriously had the time of their lives. Like Father, Like Son... There is nothing like family trips! We bond, laugh and create memories.  We sure did miss our oldest son Nathan.  He put it best when in a recent letter when he said,  "Well right about now you are probably on vacation. It's a bummer we're not all together, but that's alright! I'm over here bringing souls unto Christ, so I win!"   You can read more about his adventures HERE .
