No...

These two aren't twins.

They're not even sisters.

They're simply two great friends who were absolutely thrilled to find out they were spending the whole weekend together.

From the moment they woke up until it was time for bed, they were completely inseparable.

They spent the weekend...

Playing dress-up.

Making silly faces.

Swinging as high as they could.

Dancing like no one was watching.

Sharing little "girly" stories.

Rolling around in the grass until their tummies hurt from laughing.

Just being kids.

And my favorite part...

They happily let me turn them into little models for an afternoon of pictures.

There's something so sweet about childhood friendships.

No schedules.

No expectations.

No complicated conversations.

Just imagination, laughter, and the kind of joy that comes so naturally when you're young.

I hope, years from now, these two will look back at these pictures and remember the weekend they laughed until their cheeks hurt and made memories they'll never forget.

Some friendships begin in childhood...

And stay with us for a lifetime.

The boys (Wes and Dawson) are off to scout camp.  Mr. B.T.C and Nathan just left on a hunting trip to Utah.  That leaves me and the girls home alone.  Get ready to shop until you drop girls! CALI TRIP

Craig Family Vacation Fall 2014 from Lorri Craig on Vimeo . The kids wanted to head to Cali over Fall Break. I had a few other ideas in mind, but the boys had their hearts set on taking their dirt bikes along and trying out some of the tracks in Southern California.  It turned out to be a good idea because they seriously had the time of their lives. Like Father, Like Son... There is nothing like family trips! We bond, laugh and create memories.  We sure did miss our oldest son Nathan.  He put it best when in a recent letter when he said,  "Well right about now you are probably on vacation. It's a bummer we're not all together, but that's alright! I'm over here bringing souls unto Christ, so I win!"   You can read more about his adventures HERE .
